Finnish family looking for a Japanese au pair / nanny

We are a Finnish family who has been living in Tokyo for the last 4.5 years. We are planning to move back to Europe during spring 2010 and we are now looking for a Japanese au pair / nanny to help us with child care. Our children can speak Japanese and we expect our au pair to speak Japanese with them. We (me and my wife) can speak fluent English and some Japanese. We are looking for a young Japanese female who is:

- interested to learn new cultures and languages (not only English)

- can take the responsibility of taking care of small children (with age 5 and 2)

- confortable living in a multi-lingual environment

- some English skills to manage the life abroad

- playful character who enjoys playing with small children both indoors and outdoors

- outgoing personality who is willing to become a family member of our family
